Portrait Art 

That is one quote I really identify with. 

 

From my point of view there is no attainable and lasting results without effort and sacrifice, a truth which is even more so in the vast world of Art.

 

So what is talent and how does it come into equation? That is one question I often ask myself. Maybe the idea doesn't revolve so much around the presence of an innate quality but rather about finding that which you love and work at mastering it.  

 

Each of us is gracefully different. We all have unique features and traits which distintively and instrinsically define us both personally and spiritually. 

 

Sometimes these very subtle traits are hard to find and must be rather felt.

I like to think of myself as an intuitive observer of such traits and to imbue each of my paintings with a spark of that little "something" which is elusive to words.

To reflect a glimpse of the soul, that is my work as a portrait artist.
